Information on the right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The fastest way is the online form – you receive a time-stamped confirmation immediately. Informative English version – the Slovak text prevails.

1. Withdrawal period

The period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the goods. If goods from one order are delivered in several shipments, the period runs from receipt of the last one. The deadline is met if you send the notice of withdrawal no later than its last day.

2. How to withdraw

3. Returning the goods

Send or bring the goods no later than 14 days after the day of withdrawal to: VitaCore s.r.o. – Beautimess (reklamácie), Drevárska 6, 902 01 Pezinok. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods (estimated cost by standard parcel service within Slovakia: €3–5; from abroad according to your carrier). Please return the goods complete and, where possible, in the original packaging. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

4. Refund

Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal we refund all payments you made, including delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard one offered). We refund using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise; for cash-on-delivery orders by transfer to the account you provide. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch.

5. When withdrawal is not possible

Under § 19(1) of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. you cannot withdraw from a contract for goods in sealed packaging which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal was broken after delivery. In our range this means:

Personalised goods. Under § 19(1)(c) of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. you cannot withdraw from a contract for goods made to the consumer's specifications – in our shop these are products printed with your text, monogram or chosen motif (xTool O1). You confirm the text and motif before ordering; your rights in case of defects (claims) remain unaffected.

• cosmetics, skin and hair care and perfumes with a broken seal, removed protective film or after opening,
• intimate and women's health products after the packaging has been opened,
• underwear and swimwear after removal of the hygiene packaging or hygiene sticker.

Unopened goods in intact packaging can be returned. Clothing, bags, jewellery and décor may be tried on as you would in a shop (unworn, with tags, no signs of use). You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
