Returns and claims

Didn't fit, or something isn't working? You can sort everything out online in a few minutes – no registration, just your order number and e-mail.

Returns within 14 days, no questions asked

• Applies to unused goods – unworn clothing with tags, bags, jewellery and décor without signs of use, cosmetics with an intact seal.
• For hygiene reasons opened cosmetics and skin or hair care, intimate-health products and underwear without the hygiene packaging cannot be returned (full information).
• The 14 days run from receipt of the parcel; it's enough to send your withdrawal within that time.

Claiming a defect

• We are liable for defects for 2 years from delivery. Claims are resolved within 30 days at the latest; for cosmetics and small accessories usually by replacement within a few days.
• Describe in the form how the defect shows; a photo or short video and the batch code from the packaging, if stated, help.

Exchange for another size, colour or variant

We handle exchanges as a return plus a new order – it's fastest (the new order ships immediately, the return is processed once we receive the parcel). If you want an exchange as part of a claim, say so in the form.

Gift with purchase and Beauties

If a return brings the order value below the gift threshold, the gift is returned too (or its value is deducted). Beauties (loyalty points) earned for returned goods are deducted.
