Delivery
We ship from our warehouse in Pezinok, Slovakia, every working day. Orders paid by 14:00 leave the same day. We distinguish the dispatch date (when the parcel leaves the warehouse) and the estimated delivery date (when the carrier delivers it) – you see both for every delivery option below and at checkout.

Packaging
We pack goods in sturdy cartons without any indication of the contents. Fragile pieces (ceramics, glass, candles) are protected with padding, cosmetics are secured against opening and leaking, jewellery ships in gift packaging. If the parcel is a gift, tell us in the order note – the invoice goes by e-mail only.
If something isn't right
- Damaged packaging – do not accept the parcel, or record the damage with the carrier and write to us within 24 hours (info@beautimess.sk); we'll arrange a replacement.
- Missing or wrong item – let us know and we'll send it as a priority.
- Missed the delivery – Packeta holds the parcel for 7 days (extend in the app), the GLS courier tries again; afterwards the parcel returns to us.
