Beautimess Club loyalty programme terms

Beautimess Club is the free loyalty programme of the Beautimess online shop operated by VitaCore s.r.o. (“operator”). These terms govern how membership starts and ends, how Beauties are earned and redeemed, and other benefits. By joining the Club you agree to them. Purchases remain governed by the General Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership

1. Any natural person over 16 with a valid e-mail address who creates a customer account and confirms registration can become a member. Membership is free and voluntary.
2. One person may have only one member account. Accounts created under someone else's name, with fictitious e-mails or to claim welcome benefits repeatedly may be cancelled.
3. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Beauties cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred to another account (except for explicitly offered features, e.g. gifting Beauties, if the programme offers them at the time).
4. Business buyers using the Beautimess Pro (B2B) portal do not earn Beauties; their relationship is governed by the Wholesale Terms.

2. Beauties – loyalty points

1. For purchases: for every €1 paid for goods (excluding shipping, payment fees, the value of gift cards and after discounts) you earn 10 Beauties multiplied by your status multiplier. Beauties are credited when the order ships and become usable once the 14-day withdrawal period from delivery has passed.
2. Welcome Beauties for registration, Beauties for completing your beauty profile, for your birthday, for a verified review of a purchased product, for approved community content and for completed missions are credited according to the rules currently published on the Club page.
3. Cancellation and returns: if you cancel an order, withdraw from the contract or goods are returned under a claim, the Beauties earned for those goods are deducted. If already redeemed, a negative balance may arise which is settled from subsequent purchases.
4. Expiry: Beauties are valid for 12 months from crediting; every new purchase renews the validity of all Beauties on the account. We notify you of upcoming expiry by e-mail at least 30 days in advance if you have account e-mails enabled.
5. Beauties have no monetary value, are not legal tender or a deposit, and cannot be paid out in cash.

3. Statuses

Based on the Beauties earned in the last 12 months you belong to one of the statuses MEMBER → LOVER → OBSESSED → ICON. A higher status brings a higher Beauties multiplier (1× to 1.5×), more samples per order, earlier access to new arrivals (12 to 72 hours before public launch), a birthday gift and event invitations. Current thresholds and benefits are published on the Club page; status is reassessed continuously and a status once reached is kept for at least 12 months.

4. Redeeming Beauties and the Vault

1. You redeem Beauties in the Vault – for rewards (products, discount coupons, experiences, limited pieces). The Vault offer changes; some rewards are available only from a certain status or in limited quantity.
2. Redeemed Beauties are deducted immediately. A coupon reward has its own validity stated when obtained; unused coupons are not converted back into Beauties.
3. A Vault coupon cannot be combined with another discount unless stated otherwise with the reward, and does not apply to gift cards.

5. Club prices and other benefits

1. For selected products we show a Club price for signed-in members. The Club price is a discount from the regular price; alongside it we show the lowest price in the last 30 days in line with § 7 of Act No. 108/2024 Coll.
2. Refer a friend: if a new customer buys via your referral link, you both receive the reward stated on the Club page (currently a €10 coupon each after the new customer's first completed order that has not been withdrawn). A referral doesn't count if the new account is evidently the same person or from the same household/address.
3. Missions and streaks: time-limited challenges (e.g. “3 orders in 90 days”) with bonus Beauties; the rules of each mission are stated with it.
4. Samples: we add samples to your order according to your status while stocks last. Samples are not part of the purchase and there is no legal entitlement to them.

6. Communication and data

Information about your account, Beauties, status and expiry is sent by e-mail as part of the service. Marketing news is sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your account or via the link in the e-mail. Processing of personal data (including purchase analysis for statuses and recommendations) is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Misuse of the programme

On suspicion of misuse (multiple accounts, fictitious orders followed by returns, manipulation of referrals, coupons or reviews) we may suspend or deduct Beauties or cancel membership. We inform you of the decision by e-mail with the option to respond within 14 days.

8. Termination of membership

1. You may end membership at any time by deleting your account in the Account section or by e-mail to info@beautimess.sk. Unused Beauties lapse when the account is deleted.
2. The operator may change or end the programme. Rule changes are announced by e-mail and on the Club page at least 30 days in advance; changes required by law may take effect sooner. If the programme ends, you get at least 60 days to redeem your Beauties.

9. Final provisions
