Gift card terms

The Beautimess electronic gift card (“gift card”) is issued by VitaCore s.r.o.. These terms govern its purchase, delivery and redemption. Otherwise the General Terms and Conditions apply.

1. Purchase and delivery

1. You buy a gift card on the Gift cards page in one of the offered values or a custom amount within the permitted range. The gift card is digital – we deliver it by e-mail to the recipient (or to you, if you want to hand it over in person) together with your message. You can choose the delivery date.
2. We issue the gift card only after the payment is received; it therefore cannot be paid by cash on delivery.
3. The gift card code is unique. We recommend not sharing it publicly – anyone who knows the code can redeem it.

2. Validity

A gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue; the expiry date is in the gift card e-mail and shown after entering the code in the bag. After expiry neither the gift card nor its balance can be redeemed or paid out. On request sent before expiry we may extend validity once.

3. Redemption

1. Enter the code in the bag in the Coupon or gift card field. The gift card value is deducted from the order total including shipping.
2. A gift card can be used several times until the balance is used up. The current balance is shown after entering the code in the bag or on request at info@beautimess.sk.
3. If the order value exceeds the balance, you pay the difference by any available payment method. If it is lower, the balance stays on the gift card.
4. Several gift cards may be used in one order and combined with discount coupons unless stated otherwise with the coupon. A gift card cannot be used to buy another gift card.
5. A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash and an unused balance cannot be paid out, except on withdrawal under section 4.

4. Withdrawal and returns

1. The purchaser (consumer) may withdraw from the gift card purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided the gift card has not been redeemed even in part. We refund the full amount using the same payment method. The procedure is described in the Information on the right of withdrawal.
2. If you return goods paid (even partly) with a gift card, we refund that part by restoring the gift card balance (or issuing a new gift card with the same validity) and refund the part paid otherwise to the original payment method.

5. Lost or misused code

If the gift card didn't arrive, check your spam folder and write to us – we'll gladly resend the e-mail to the same address. We are not liable for redemption by a person who obtained the code without your knowledge; if you suspect misuse, contact us – we can block the gift card if it hasn't been used up.

6. Tax document

When you buy a gift card we issue a payment receipt (multi-purpose voucher – VAT is applied when goods are bought). For an order paid with a gift card you receive a regular invoice reflecting the gift card payment.

7. Final provisions
